Gold Within | Effective October 2026

By purchasing Catalyst, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Details

Catalyst is a four-week money breakthrough challenge running October 26–November 20, 2026. Participants receive weekday prompts (Monday–Friday), typically requiring 5–10 minutes, along with energetic practices, financial education, and coaching through Telegram.

Participants who purchase the VIP upgrade also receive access to four weekly live group coaching calls.

2. Payment & Enrollment

Full payment is required to secure enrollment. Your purchase provides access to the program tier selected at checkout. Catalyst is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Please enroll with the intention to participate. All Catalyst purchases, including VIP upgrades, are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, missed coaching calls, nonparticipation, or unused program access. Please enroll with the intention to participate fully.

4. Participation & Results

Catalyst is designed to support changes in your relationship with money through education, reflection, practical exercises, and coaching.

Your results depend on your individual circumstances, decisions, and participation. Gold Within does not guarantee specific financial results, increased income, debt reduction, or other financial outcomes.

5. Financial Disclaimer

Catalyst provides financial education and coaching. It does not constitute individualized investment, tax, legal, or other regulated professional advice.

Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions and are encouraged to consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

6. Community Guidelines & Confidentiality

Participants agree to engage respectfully and maintain the privacy of fellow participants.

Personal stories, financial information, messages, and identifying details shared by other participants may not be disclosed outside the group without their permission.

Because Catalyst is a group experience delivered through a third-party platform, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

Gold Within reserves the right to remove participants who engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or serious violations of community guidelines, subject to applicable law.

7. Program Materials & Intellectual Property

All Catalyst materials, including prompts, worksheets, recordings, and educational content, are provided for the enrolled participant's personal use.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission from Gold Within.

8. Program Access & Technology

Catalyst is delivered through Telegram, with additional online meeting access for VIP participants.

Participants are responsible for joining the appropriate platforms and maintaining the technology necessary to participate.

Gold Within will communicate any material changes to program delivery or scheduling.

9. Contact

Questions regarding enrollment, cancellation requests, or these Terms & Conditions should be submitted in writing through the Gold Within website.
