Time & Space Retreats
A quarterly retreat series for female entrepreneurs who need time away from the everyday to focus on their business, hear themselves clearly, and decide what's next.
The story behind this reatreat is that I wanted to offer to others what I so badly needed for myself. Through motherhood, one thing has become very clear: I need my time away. I am at my best when I take one night off a week and one night away a month. I’ve been finding this time for myself for about five years now, and I’m often met with awe and curiosity when other women learn this. I’m repeatedly asked how I deal with the “guilt” of being away from my family, how I find the time, and how I afford it.
Last year, my business bestie and I took two days away to Vashon. I needed to go inward and realign my business with where I’m currently at, and she needed space to get shit done (or GSD, as I call it).
Taking time for myself allows me to clear my energy, cut out the noise, recharge, and hear myself clearly. I call those my “big brain thoughts.” On this Vashon trip, I had one of those big brain thoughts: What if I offered a retreat to help women find the time, space, and courage to take some time for themselves and their business?
So that’s exactly what this mid-week adventure is all about. Learning how to create the time and space to get away, grounding and re-energizing yourself and your business, all while in a community of bad-ass entrepreneurs.

A quarterly rhythm for your business
Running a business can make it incredibly easy to stay focused on what's urgent while losing sight of what actually matters.
Time & Space gives you a reason to step away four times a year and check in with your business through a different lens.
JANUARY — CREATION
Start the year by imagining what's possible. Get clear on what you want to create and where you're going.
APRIL — EMERGENCE
Look at what's beginning to take shape. Refine your ideas, make adjustments, and bring your vision into the world.
JULY — RADIANCE
Step back and look at what's working. Celebrate your progress, reconnect with your energy, and give yourself permission to be seen.
OCTOBER — CULTIVATE
Slow down and go inward. Tend to your foundation, plant the seeds for what's next, and prepare for the year ahead.
You don't have to figure out your entire business in one weekend.
You just need to give yourself regular opportunities to step out of it long enough to see it clearly.
Why Time & Space?
Through motherhood, one thing has become very clear to me:
I need my time away.
For the past five years, I've made it a priority to take one night off a week and one night away a month.
And every time another woman hears this, I'm met with some version of:
"How do you do that?"
"Don't you feel guilty?"
"Where do you find the time?"
"How do you afford it?"
But I've learned something:
Time away isn't time taken from my family or my business. It's time that allows me to come back to both as a better version of myself.
When I step away, I can clear the noise. I can recharge. I can think beyond what's directly in front of me.
And I can hear myself.
I call those my big brain thoughts.
A few years ago, my business bestie and I took two days away together to Vashon. I needed space to go inward and realign my business with where I was in my life. She needed uninterrupted time to get shit done.
So we did both.
We ate good food. We talked. We worked. We thought. We laughed. We got incredibly clear on what we needed next.
And somewhere in those two days, I had one of those big brain thoughts:
What if I created a retreat that helped other women find the time, space, and courage to do this for themselves and their businesses?
And that's how Time & Space was born.
This is your time to step away.
Time & Space is a mid-week adventure designed for women entrepreneurs who are ready to stop squeezing their business into the margins of their lives.
For a few days, you get to leave the everyday behind and focus on what rarely gets your uninterrupted attention:
You.
Your business.
What's next.
You'll have time to work, think, plan, create, reflect, and simply be.
There will be structure when you need it, space when you don't, and a community of women who understand what it's like to build something of your own.
No packed agenda.
No pressure to perform.
No guilt about being somewhere else.
Just time and space to hear yourself again.
Four retreats. One year. A business that keeps evolving.
You can attend one retreat or make Time & Space part of your annual business rhythm.
Imagine starting the year with Creation, checking in during spring with Emergence, pausing in summer for Radiance, and entering the final quarter with Cultivate.
Each retreat gives you a chance to step away, look at where you are, and decide where you're going next.
Because your business deserves your attention. And so do you.
Time away isn't a luxury.
It's part of how you build something sustainable.
I particularly like "Four retreats. One year. A business that keeps evolving." as the section that explains the cadence. It makes this feel like a methodology rather than four unrelated retreats.
And I would make "Time away isn't a luxury. It's part of how you build something sustainable." one of the big takeaways of the entire page. That feels like the philosophy underneath the retreat series, and it's much more compelling than simply selling "three days to work on your business."
